By accessing or using Rager.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rager.AI. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Platform Credits (cRGR)

Rager.AI uses a credit system (cRGR) as the platform currency. Credits can be earned through referrals, waitlist rewards, or purchased via Stripe. 100 cRGR = $1 USD. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Rager.AI reserves the right to modify credit values and terms at any time.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Rager.AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit, including music and audiovisual materials.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to upload infringing, harmful, or illegal content; attempt to manipulate the credit or referral system; impersonate other users or entities; or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform or its users.

6. Intellectual Property

The Rager.AI name, logo, and all platform features are the intellectual property of Rager.AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rager.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rager.AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
